In Outlook 2007, getting the "Outlook not implemented" error.
I cannot perform any operations in Outlook other than opening an closing it. I ran Office Diagnostics twice and allowed the fix to run but it did not correct the problem. Have rebooted several times. Diagnostics said there are other conflicting versions of Office Outlook. I have tried to find other versions using Add/Remove Programs but no other versions of Outlook are specifically listed. The only potential cause I can imagine is I saw that an inactive version of OneNote2003 was taking up 400mb so I deleted it. I also deleted Microsoft Office Accounting. Shorty afterwards, this outlook problem appeared. Not sure if these issues are connected. One other fix I tried was to change the MSMAPI32.DLL file to MSMAPI32.OLD. I saw this in another forum and it seemed to work for many people. This did not solve my problem. Thank you.2 people need an answerI do too

Outlook will not be shown individually in add/remove as generally its a component of MS Office and as such you have to modify the Office installation to see if outlook is installed.Since you had onenote installed do you have any other versions of office installed or any Trial Version?
